1980s Technology That Should Never Resurface (And Some That Unfortunately Has)

The 1980s may not seem to offer much more than acid wash jeans, leg warmers and shoulder pads, but the decade actually ushered in monumental advances in computing, home entertainment and telecommunications. Sometimes, though, these advances weren't always pretty to look at, like those original "brick" cell phones. And then, there are things like the keytar. We took a look at some of the 80's innovations that we hope to never see again and some that, unfortunately, we're still stuck with today.
